Cover Printing

At MP Metals we have the capability to clad your parts with a made-to-fit sleeve from a variety of materials and inkjet them with part numbers, descriptions or other information inline. Materials include vinyl, plastic, etc.

Galvanized Channel

We can form steel of several types, strengths, finishes and coatings including galvanized.

Mill Finish Aluminum

If your end product needs to be prepared for painting or finishing, we can produce it with a mill finish, polished surface, primed, etc.

Pre-Cut Shapes (ferrous & non-ferrous) & Pre-Cut Aluminum Parts

Not all roll-forming needs to use continuous feed materials. Pre-cut shapes can also be fed through our roll forming machines.

Pre-Painted with Holes & Pre-Punched Steel

Another example of our flexibility in materials. Whether your parts are continues feed, discrete parts, pre-finished or pre-painted, pre-punched with holes or slots, we can handle just about anything.
