Roll-forming quality that meets customer specifications is one of our primary goals. Once those parts are made, they need to be protected and transported.
PACKAGING
Over the years MP Metal Products have coordinated with customers to use the most appropriate packaging for each part. Some items require micro-foam, shrink wrap or paper protection.
Packaging options include gaylord containers, corrugated boxes, standard wooden pallets, custom wooden crates and skids, paper tubes, plastic totes and cardboard cartons.
SHIPPING
MP Metal Products is centrally located in the mid-west, in a small community named Ixonia, Wisconsin. We are between Madison and Milwaukee, about 2 hours north of Chicago.
We ship both full truckloads and LTL (less-than-truckload) of customer merchandise. Most of the traffic is east of the Rocky Mountains, but some shipments spread out around the country with a few going overseas.
Since MP Metal Products provides custom roll-forming and related services to firms around the globe, it has been understood that the respective customer's Traffic departments manage all freight arrangements to domestic and foreign destinations. In most cases Pricing is FOB Ixonia, Wisconsin, with exceptions for the location of strategic partners such as powder coaters and platers.
